Anyone ever tried apple-smoked gouda? I've heard it's divine but can't seem to find it.
It is divine, but I have only had it once, I think at Pat and Karen's house.My favorite all time cheese thought would have to be Italian, Parmigiano Reggiano (research and you'll find its not just parmigian) and Pecarino Toscano. Best breakfast ever is Pecarino grilled in an oven on top of Italian bread and drizzled with honey. HELLO!!!
dan, certainly you can't comment on a post about cheese without mentioning.. goat cheese. Missy.. can you remove the "Word Verification" feature? it's a pain and only necessary if your blog is being targeted with spam (usually the really really popular blogs) ;-)
LOL, Touche Alex. I am my wife's husband afterall and goat cheese would be near the top of my list. Also, do I have word verification I thought you did, lets get it off all these blogs.
Just to be clear, they are not my favorite cheeses, they are however the cheese of the week.
